When it comes to successful meal prep, you have to know which foolproof ingredients will stay hearty, and won’t let you down come Thursday night. Cooked meat like roasted chicken or ground beef are a good base for meals to build during the week, and cooked eggs – especially hard boiled or frittatas – are sure to hold up for about seven days. Your go-to veggies should be solid picks that won’t get wilty, like cauliflower, carrots, butternut squash and sweet potatoes.
