To get started, combine two-thirds of the strawberries with honey in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the strawberries into a smooth mixture to use as the base. Tip: If you prefer a vegan-friendly option, simply leave out the honey and mash the strawberries directly.
Next, divide the mashed strawberries evenly between two glasses and add the ice. Pour three tablespoons of coconut cream in each glass and then top each glass with sparkling water. Mix well and add remaining strawberries on top. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced into quarters + divided
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 3 cups sparkling water, chilled
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine ⅔ cup of sliced strawberries with raw honey in a medium mixing bowl. Use a fork to roughly mash together.
- Place ½ cup of mashed strawberries in each glass and then add the ice.
- Pour in three tablespoons of coconut cream and add one cup of sparkling water.
- Mix well before topping with remaining strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
