Made with naturally sweet, freeze-dried strawberries, cashew butter, coconut butter, a small amount of monk fruit powder, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, these keto-friendly fat bombs will leave you satiated sans the sugar rush.

- Food processor
Ingredients
- 6 g freeze-dried strawberries (about ¼ cup)
- ½ cup cashew butter
- 1 cup coconut butter
- ½ t monk fruit powder, to taste
- 1 T lemon juice
- ½ t vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with an 'S' blade.
- Process until the batter is smooth and everything is mixed in.
- Take 2 silicone ice cube molds, and use a tablespoon to fill the individual cavities.
- Freeze for 4 hours until solid.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 14 days.
