- 4 bacon slices, cooked and finely chopped

- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 T fresh chives, minced
- Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs and add to a mixing bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients, making sure the butter is thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 small balls and place onto a small plate.
- Freeze for 15 minutes to fully set.
- Serve immediately and enjoy or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
