Start by combining coconut flour, almond meal, tapioca starch, raw cacao powder, beetroot powder, baking powder, and stevia in a bowl. Separately, beat an egg with almond milk, then add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until you get a smooth texture. Transfer the mix to an oven-proof mug greased with coconut oil, and bake for 20 minutes.

- Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients
- 1 ½ T coconut flour
- 2 T almond meal
- 1 T tapioca starch
- 1 T raw cacao powder
- 3 T beetroot powder
- ½ t baking powder
- ½ T stevia powder
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- Fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a large ceramic mug with coconut oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond meal, tapioca starch, raw cacao powder, beetroot powder, baking powder, and stevia powder.
- In a small bowl, beat the almond milk and egg together.
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until you get a thick batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared mug and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Top with berries before serving (optional).
