Think meaty chorizo tacos dripping with egg yolk, a chicken taco topped with fresh tomatoes and avocado for lunch, and a sweet fruit-stuffed taco covered in melted chocolate with a dollop of coconut whipped cream.

Chorizo Breakfast Tacos
These tasty 4-ingredient Chorizo Breakfast Tacos will slow down any busy morning and keep you full all day long.

Chorizo Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 chorizo
- Handful of lettuce
- 2 eggs
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 Paleo Taco Shells
How to Make It
1. Cut chorizo into bite-sized pieces and place in a skillet with olive oil.
2. Heat another skillet with olive oil and crack eggs, frying them on both sides until cooked.
3. Once chorizo is cooked through, remove from skillet and place inside taco shells; top with shredded lettuce.
4. Once eggs are cooked, either place on top of tacos or on the side and dip your tacos into the egg yolk.
5. Enjoy!
Chicken Lunch Tacos
Craving tacos for lunch? Prep them the night before and they’ll be ready to grab and go on your way out the door!

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- Handful of lettuce
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 2 Paleo Taco Shells
How to Make It
1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
2. Place chicken in a baking dish and into the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and cooked through.
3. While chicken is cooking, dice tomato and shred lettuce, and place in the refrigerator.
4. Once chicken is done, use a fork and a knife to shred it and then place chicken in taco shells.
5. Top tacos with tomato, lettuce, and maybe even avocado.
6. Enjoy!
Strawberry Dessert Tacos
Craving something sweet? Eat some tacos! But not just any tacos; these Strawberry Dessert Tacos will knock your socks off.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 T dark chocolate
- Scoop of Coconut Whipped Cream
- 2 Paleo Taco Shells
How to Make It
1. Chop strawberries and place in a skillet with blueberries and coconut oil; heat on medium and stir occasionally until strawberries become soft and coated in oil.
2. Transfer to the taco shells, place chocolate shavings over the top, and then top both tacos with a dollop of whipped cream.
3. Enjoy!
