Start your day with this vibrant, energy-boosting smoothie. It’s sweet, refreshing, and finished with a delightful taste of cinnamon!
All you need is 10 minutes to make this addictive and gluten-free smoothie. To start, simply process mangos, apples, coconut milk, and a couple of ice cubes in your blender until the ingredients are well combined.
Once the smoothie is ready to pour, wet the rims of two glass jars with water, coat them with ground cinnamon, and then divide the smoothie between two jars.
Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks, and you’re ready to serve!

Tip: If mangos aren’t in season where you are, you can use frozen mangos, or replace with bananas in the same quantity. Just note that the resulting smoothie will be a pale yellow instead of the vibrant yellow shown in the pictures.

Sweater Weather Smoothie with Apple and Cinnamon

- Blender
- 2 shallow plates
- 2 glass jars
Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed mangos
- 1 cup cubed apples
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 T ground cinnamon, for coating the rim of the jars
- 2 apple slices, for garnish
- 2 sticks of cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend cubed mangos, apples, coconut milk, and ice cubes until the ingredients are fully combined and you have a smooth mixture.
- Fill a shallow plate with water and dip the rims of the jars to wet them.
- In another plate, place cinnamon and dip rims to coat.
- Divide the smoothie evenly between two jars, garnish each jar with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick, and serve!
