This Bounty Bar knock-off recipe proves that chocolate and coconut are meant to go together. Plus, since they’re no-bake, these chocolate-covered treats come together quickly and easily.
Start by making the coconut layer. Mix coconut butter, honey and unsweetened coconut flakes together, then chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to harden.

Next, melt dark chocolate chips over a double boiler. Tip: If the chocolate get clumpy, add a teaspoon of coconut oil to it. It will magically soften the chocolate into a glistening and smooth spread! Pour the chocolate over the coconut layer and chill for 20 more minutes.
Store your bars in the refrigerator and enjoy these chilled bars anytime you need a sweet treat!

No-Bake 4-Ingredient Paleo Bounty Bars

- 8x8” baking pan
- Mixing bowl
- Double boiler
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup melted coconut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together coconut flakes, melted coconut butter and honey until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan, pressing into an even layer.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to harden.
- Remove the pan from the refrigerator and melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Pour the chocolate over the top of the bars and smooth into an even layer.
- Refrigerate another 20 minutes to harden. Let it thaw a bit, then cut into 12 bars and serve!
Tip: Let the Bounty Bars come to room temperature before cutting to ensure smooth, even slices.
