- Small Saucepan
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 t coconut oil
- ¼ cup almond butter (or cashew butter)
- 2 T raisins
- 1 T unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Slice apples thin, about ¼ inch thick. Arrange apple slices on a plate in a single layer.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until completely melted.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and almond butter over the apple slices and sprinkle with raisins and shredded coconut.
