Tools
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mangoes

- handful of greens of your choice
- 1 kiwi
- 2 T collagen powder
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Add fruit one by one into your blender, pulsing in between. (You don’t have to peel the kiwi; just make sure it’s organic and wash it well.)
- Add coconut oil, collagen hydrolysate and water, and blend thoroughly. Be careful not to go hog-wild with the blending because the friction from some machines will begin to warm your smoothie.
- Blend until you have reached your desired consistency, but don’t walk away.
