For those who have enjoyed this recipe you would have noticed how coconut flour becomes slighted aerated and fluffy, while also being fibrous and filling. A consistency that makes it a wonderful ingredient for a no-bake mousse cake!
No-Bake Chocolate Protein Cake

No-Bake Chocolate Protein Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hemp protein powder
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 T cocoa powder
- 2 T stevia (or other sweetener)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (liquid state)
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl using electric beaters.
- Spoon the mixture into two individual serving cups, press down firmly then cover and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until firm to touch.
- Place the serving cups to their half way point in some hot water for 10 seconds. Use a knife to gently separate the mousse from the edges of the serving cup then place a plate over the top of the serving cup and turn over. If the mousse cake doesn’t come out, place the cup in hot water for a further 10 seconds and try again.
- Serve cold.
