Craving a delicious glass of lassi? Lassi is an Indian drink made from a blend of creamy yogurt, sweet mango, water, and spices. To give this popular recipe a Paleo twist, we’ll be using probiotic-rich, dairy-free coconut yogurt that you can make right at home. If you’re in a pinch, you can also buy coconut yogurt in most grocery stores.

You can blend up this mango lassi in less than 10 minutes. Start by peeling and dicing mangoes into cubes until you have 3 cups. Then, blend the diced mangoes with coconut yogurt, honey, and ground cinnamon until thick and frothy. Add the ice and then blend again until the mango lassi is creamy and smooth.
Enjoy your glass of mango lassi garnished with fresh mint and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 3 cups ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 2 T raw honey
- 1 t ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- 1 ½ cup ice
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the diced mangoes, coconut yogurt, honey, and ground cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
- Add the ice and blend again until all the ice is crushed.
- Pour the mango lassi into two glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.
Tip: If you want to use frozen mango, reduce the ice in this recipe to 1 cup.
