Bake up these golden Keto Biscuits for a grain-free bread you can’t live without!
There’s nothing more comforting than a fresh batch of biscuits pulled from the oven! Made with five natural ingredients, these golden brown biscuits are completely grain-free and keto-friendly. Slather them with homemade gravy, jam, or ghee for a low-carb side dish you can serve with every meal.
Unlike traditional flours, coconut flour is rich in fiber and helps bulk up the batter without too many carbs. Added eggs help bind the ingredients together, while coconut oil moistens the mixture into a soft dough. Tip: You can also experiment with added spices like dried garlic, rosemary, or parsley!

To get started, combine the coconut flour and baking powder together in a medium bowl. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, the melted coconut oil, and salt together until combined.
Then, sift in the dry ingredients and whisk until it forms a wet homogeneous dough. Let the dough sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, allowing the coconut flour to absorb the liquid.
Next, scoop out six equal-sized balls of dough and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Slightly press down on them to form small patties and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot from the oven and enjoy!
