Crunchy and sweet, these Paleo Graham crackers are begging to be topped with melted dark chocolate and marshmallows!
Whether you love them holding together a s’mores or as a snack with a glass of ice cold almond milk, Graham crackers are that perfect blend between cracker and cookie. However, since the store-bought crackers are filled with refined sugars and gluten, we created this homemade Graham cracker recipe made with only Paleo-friendly ingredients.
These healthy Graham crackers are made from a mixture of almond flour and tapioca flour. Maple syrup gives the crackers their signature satisfying sweetness while also adding healthy vitamins and minerals like magnesium, iron and potassium. Tip: Let the maple syrup come to room temperature before making the dough, as the cold syrup will solidify the coconut oil, making it tough to incorporate.

Making homemade crackers is just as easy as baking cookies! Simply mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine to form a dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes before rolling it out on parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into rectangles, then prick holes in each cracker with a fork, to keep them from getting puffy. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy your Graham crackers as a sweet treat on the go, or use them to make better-for-you s’mores!
Tip: These Graham crackers can be stored in an airtight container, but will slightly soften over time. You can reheat them in the oven at 350°F for 3 minutes to regain their cracker-like texture.
