The key ingredient in this recipe is psyllium husk powder. It’s a light, fine fiber that won’t weigh down your dough, allowing it to rise much nicer than bread made from ground flaxseed. Make sure you use psyllium husk powder (with no added ingredients) and not whole psyllium husks for the recipe. If you can only find whole psyllium husks, use a coffee grinder to grind it into a powder.
Enjoy your sesame seed bread for breakfast topped with your favorite eggs, as a sandwich for lunch with Paleo mayo or at dinner served as a bread on the side.
Tip: Store the bread in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can also store it in the freezer up to a month.
