Broccoli Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head small-medium broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup salted macadamia nuts
How To Make It:
- Place the olive oil, coconut aminos and honey into a large mixing bowl and combine using a fork.
- Add the broccoli florets and use your hands to gently massage the dressing into the broccoli.
- Add the diced avocado and macadamia nuts to the bowl and gently toss to combine.
- Serve.
