The magnesium in sea salt helps to enhance hydration, reduce inflammation, and help protect against bacteria and toxins. To get started, warm your water on the stove at medium heat. Stir in the salts until dissolved, then add your essential oils and pour into an eight-ounce spray bottle. Apply on your skin as needed and store in a cool dry spot when not in use.
This recipe uses lemon-eucalyptus oils for a clean refreshing scent, but feel free to experiment with lavender and other calming essential oils. Tip: For a fun decorative look, add large Himalayan salt rocks to the bottom of your bottle. Add them before pouring in your mixture for a fun pop of pink.

- Small saucepan
Ingredients
- 1 cup of distilled water
- 1 T of Himalayan Salt
- 1 pinch of Epsom Salts
- 4-6 drops of essential oil (we used lemon-eucalyptus)
- Spray bottle
Instructions
- To Make: Use a small saucepan to warm water on the stove at medium heat. Stir in the sea salt and Epsom salt until fully dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the essential oils of your choice.
- Pour into a spray bottle and store in a cool dry place.
- To Use: Apply to the skin as needed or any time after a shower!
