To get started, combine the first two ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and add the cashews, cinnamon, and sea salt. Spread the cashews onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. You’ll want to watch closely as they bake, so as not to overcook.
Once they reach a crisp, golden stage, remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 T ground cinnamon
- 3/4 t sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the oil and maple syrup in a medium bowl, then add the cashews, cinnamon and sea salt. Stir until cashews are well coated.
- Transfer the coated cashews onto the prepared baking sheet and spread in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring cashews halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let the cashews cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy or store in an airtight container up to one week.
