To make these keto buns, start by beating eggs with olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Next, sift in the almond meal, salt, and dried oregano and whisk until you get a smooth batter. Divide the batter evenly into six jumbo muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes, or until the keto buns are golden brown on top. Allow them to cool fully before removing them from the pan.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 t olive oil
- ½ cup almond meal
- ¼ t salt
- 1 T dried oregano, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease and line six muffin cavities with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and olive oil.
- Sift the almond meal, salt, and ¾ tablespoon of dried oregano into the egg mixture. Whisk well.
- Divide the batter between the six muffin cavities, then sprinkle the rest of the oregano on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the buns are golden brown on top.
- Let the buns cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin and slicing.
Tip: If you prefer thicker buns, you can divide the batter into four muffin tins instead of six.
