Snack on these perfectly portioned Keto coconut fat bombs made with just four ingredients!
It’s easy to get your fill of healthy fats with these ready-made, portable treats! Loaded with coconut cream and coconut butter, and lightly sweetened with vanilla, these fat bombs tame a sugar craving with their silky smooth flavor.
To make your fat bombs, you will need a mini ice cube tray (we used this one). A large ice cube tray may be used, but it should be noted that it will alter the number of carbs in the recipe. If you are on a Keto diet, it’s recommended to use a mini tray!

Start by simmering the ingredients over low heat, then transfer to a blender and combine until smooth. Spoon into the ice cube trays and freeze for 20 minutes to set.
Store your coconut fat bombs in a mason jar in the freezer or refrigerator for up to 30 days. Enjoy them as a healthy snack on the go or whenever the craving for something sweet hits.

- Saucepan
- Blender
- Mini Ice Cube Tray
Ingredients
- 8 oz coconut cream
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 t vanilla bean powder
- ⅓ cup coconut butter
Instructions
- Bring all the ingredients to a low simmer in a saucepan. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from the heat and cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a blender; blend on high to remove any remaining lumps.
- Spoon the ingredients into a mini ice cube tray.
- Freeze for 20 minutes or until set, and enjoy!
