Salmon gets roasted with a sweet garlic-herb coating for crispy skin and a fork-tender bite.
This simple roasted salmon is the perfect meal for busy nights. Perfect as a Paleo-friendly dinner, it’s a nutritious dish you can make in under 30 minutes!
For this recipe, an herb blend of basil, garlic, and shallots complement the sweet and tangy zip from the honey and lemon juice. The mix coats the salmon, allowing the garlic and shallots to caramelize while baking. Tip: This sauce also doubles as a marinade for chicken or pork.
