Ready to experience cauliflower in a whole new way? Throw it on the BBQ for a Grilled Cauliflower recipe you can’t resist!
Grilling the cauliflower yields a light, tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes for the perfect savory dish. The method is simple – all you need to do is sprinkle a few ingredients on top of a whole head of cauliflower, wrap it in tin foil, and grill. No cumbersome chopping or floret-removing necessary!
Adding a small amount of healthy fat, like coconut oil, helps the cauliflower break down and tenderize in the grilling process. Any combination of herbs and spices works well. In this recipe, I added turmeric and parsley for a fresh, herby flavor. To help with the turmeric absorption, add a pinch of pepper. That way you’ll get the immunity-boosting dose of the turmeric’s powerful antioxidants!

Don’t have a grill? You can get the same wonderful grilled cauliflower flavor by using a broiler. Simply place the foil-wrapped cauliflower under a broiler, and set to high for 40 minutes. This is a great alternative cooking method for cooler months, too.
Serve your grilled cauliflower as a side for dinner or lunch, as an appetizer paired with tahini sauce for dipping, or chop and toss it in with some eggs for a veggie omelette to start your day.
