With less than five ingredients each, these breakfast smoothies take just five minutes to prepare. To make them, place the ingredients in a plastic bag and store in the freezer – just make sure to leave out any liquids. Then, when you’re ready to make them, toss everything into your high-speed blender, transfer to a cup, and drink up!

Avocado Coconut:
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- 1 T honey
- 1 cup baby spinach
Tropical Mango:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup sliced mango
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 T honey
Pina Colada:
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup sliced pineapple
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Carrot Cake:
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup carrots
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- ½ t cinnamon
- ¼ t nutmeg
- ¼ t ground ginger
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Blueberry Muffin:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- 2 T raw almonds
Chocolate Cashew Banana:
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup cacao
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Nut Butter & Jelly:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup cashew butter
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Raspberry Green Tea:
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup brewed green tea, cooled
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 T raw honey
Berry Protein:
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 ½ cups mixed berries
- 1 T honey
Green Monster:
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries
- Seal the smoothie pack ingredients (excluding liquids) in a plastic bag and freeze.
- When ready to make, empty the ingredients from the plastic bag and any liquids into a high-speed blender. Process 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer to a glass and drink up!
