Avocado gets blended with zucchini, tahini, and zesty lemon for an uber creamy, bean-free avocado hummus dip!
Full of healthy fats, avocado creates a super luscious and velvety mouthfeel to this Paleo dip. To thicken it even more, fresh zucchini gets added to the mix, while tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil bring a tangy flavor. For a spicy kick, add paprika and cilantro to the mix and sprinkle a little extra on top for a fun pop of color.
To make this avocado and zucchini “hummus”, all you need is a large high-speed blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients together until thick and smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Then blend a little more, just to be sure it’s extra creamy!

You can eat the dip immediately, but it tastes best after it’s been refrigerated for 2 hours. This allows the ingredients to marry, giving it a deeper, richer flavor.
The recipe feeds a crowd, so have your dipping fingers ready! Serve your dip as an appetizer with freshly chopped vegetables or as a dip for Paleo Doritos (yes!) or veggie chips. You can even spread it on your favorite Paleo sandwich. It’s delicious on just about everything!
