Pouring coffee over ice is the perfect refreshing morning or afternoon energy boost. And while plain iced coffee is nice, changing it up with spices and rich coconut milk to make a Thai-inspired drink makes it feel pretty fancy!
While traditional Thai coffee is made with condensed or evaporated milk, we kept the recipe dairy-free by using creamy coconut milk instead. A dash of cardamom and almond extract bring the creamer component of this beverage to another level. Strong brewed coffee is then poured over the creamer and ice to complete this delicious drink.
This coffee cookbook is filled with healthy recipes and reveals the natural benefits of your morning brew.
