Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (preferably soaked in water overnight)
- 3 cups water
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 teaspoons maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 40-60 seconds.
- Strain the nut milk through a nut milk bag and gently squeeze out as much milk as possible. Discard of the nut fibres (or find a recipe to make use of them).
- Place the milk into a jug and place in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
