Jumpstart your morning with two nutrient-dense smoothies you can make in less than 10 minutes!
If you’re not much of a sit-and-eat-breakfast kind of person, these 3-step smoothies are the perfect way to energize your day. Blend them up just before you leave the house or make them the night before for a grab-and-go breakfast smoothie in the morning.
With flavors like mango or strawberry at the forefront, each smoothie contains plenty of vitamin-packed fruit blends that range from sweet to tart. There’s even an optional choice to include a bit of gelatin to thicken the texture and boost your protein. If you’re out of gelatin, you can also sub in equal amounts of collagen, too!

For easy prep, I use frozen fruits as a convenient way to store and keep on-hand throughout the year. However, if you prefer to use fresh seasonal fruits instead, go ahead and swap them in using equal quantities.
To get started, simply place the ingredients of your desired smoothie into a blender. Begin pulsing at low speed and then gradually increase to high speed. Once you get a homogeneous mixture, pour into three serving glasses and enjoy!
