Made with coconut oil, chia seeds, and a touch of stevia, these keto-friendly boosters are bursting with nutritional perfection. Easy to make, they only require an ice cube tray and blender to get started. Keep them handy whenever you need a sweet treat between meals!
Coconut oil is a healthy fat with many added benefits. Along with boosting your metabolism, it also stabilizes cholesterol and aids in weight loss. Its natural sweet flavor is what gives these treats a tropical taste with a smooth, creamy texture.
Chia seeds are another source of healthy fats and pack in soluble fiber. Incorporating this fiber into your daily diet helps rid toxins from the body and supports a healthy heart. When frozen, the density of the chia seeds settles toward the bottom of the bites. This creates a layered look with the coconut oil resting on top.

To get started, blend ingredients together until it becomes slightly thick in texture. The chia seeds will thicken the coconut oil by pulsing lightly. Be careful not to overblend, as the ingredients will bind together quickly.
Once blended, pour the mixture into nine cavities of an ice cube tray. Then, place in the refrigerator for about two hours, or until fully set. You’ll know they’re ready once they’re firm on top!
When ready to serve, pop the fat boosters out of the ice cube tray. Enjoy immediately as a tasty treat or serve as party favors to guests. You can store them in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or in the freezer for up to 30 days.
