Packing in plenty of wholesome ingredients, these bliss balls are naturally sweetened with dates, coconut, and a bit of fresh ginger. Dates are rich in several key minerals while coconut is a natural source of fatty acids. (1) Combine them with fresh ginger to reduce sugar cravings, improve digestion, and boost skin-nourishing antioxidants. (2, 3, 4)
To get started, combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it becomes sticky and crumb-like. Use your hands to shape the dough into small balls, measuring about two inches in diameter. Once the balls are complete, roll them in the shredded coconut. You can also coat them in crushed walnuts or cacao powder if you want to switch things up a bit. To make the balls nice and firm, chill them in the fridge for 15 minutes. If you prefer to enjoy them right away, you can skip the chilling and serve immediately.
