This is a fun, easy snack to make and enjoy in the summer with a fresh Paleo fruit salad.
Easy Mango Mousse
- 1 mango (chilled)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup coconut cream (chilled)
How To Make It:
- Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Process until creamy and smooth.
- Scoop the mousse into two individual cups or small dessert bowls and cover with cling film.
- Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until chilled and slightly firm to touch.
